# Disclosures

This page is written to be read, not to be scrolled past. If anything here conflicts with something said elsewhere on this site, in an email, or on a call, this page governs.

## What Lynden Weddas is not

Lynden Weddas is not a lender, not a law firm, not a credit repair organization operating through this website, and not a financial, tax or investment advisor. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and nothing here is an offer of credit or an offer to extend credit.

Lynden Weddas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, Dun & Bradstreet, the Small Business Administration, or any credit bureau, government agency or lender.

## Pricing shown on this site

Prices stated on this site are the current published prices for the services described, and are subject to change. They are shown so you can see what something costs before you speak to anyone.

Any paid credit engagement is entered into under its own separate written contract, which states the services to be performed, the terms of payment and the total cost, and which discloses your rights before you sign. Third-party charges, such as credit monitoring, are billed by that provider under its own terms.

## Your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act

The Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) is federal law. It exists because this industry earned the scrutiny. These protections apply to you regardless of who you work with, including Lynden Weddas:

- You cannot be charged before services are fully performed. No credit repair organization may charge or receive any money for its services until those services have been completely performed.

- Results cannot be guaranteed. No one may make an untrue or misleading statement about your credit, and no one can lawfully promise you a specific score, a specific removal, or a specific outcome.

- You are entitled to a written contract that states the services to be performed, the terms and conditions of payment, and the total cost.

- You have three business days to cancel any credit repair contract, for any reason, without paying anything.

- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself, for free. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act you may dispute anything on your credit report directly with each bureau at no cost, and you may obtain your reports free at annualcreditreport.com. You do not have to pay anyone to exercise this right.

- You may sue a credit repair organization that violates the Act, and you may report violations to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, or your state Attorney General.

If anyone in this industry asks you to pay upfront for credit repair, promises you a specific score, or tells you to dispute accurate information, they are describing conduct the law prohibits. That is worth knowing before you hand anyone money, here or anywhere else.

## Credit results are never guaranteed

Credit score improvements and other credit-related outcomes are not guaranteed. Results vary based on each individual's unique credit profile, financial history, and the actions taken by credit reporting agencies and creditors. Any client results shown on this site are actual reported outcomes for specific individuals and are not representative of what any other person should expect.

Accurate, current and verifiable information cannot lawfully be removed from a credit report, and no legitimate process removes it. Most negative information remains for seven years from the date of first delinquency; Chapter 7 bankruptcy remains for ten years.

## Business funding

Lynden Weddas does not lend money and does not make credit decisions. Funding amounts, approval, rates, fees and terms are determined solely by the lender or funder through its own underwriting, and vary with your credit profile, revenue, documentation, industry, state and the criteria in force at the time you apply.

No specific rate, term, fee or pricing grid is quoted anywhere on this site. Figures such as "up to $250,000" and "up to millions" describe the upper end of the products referenced; they are not amounts offered to you and not amounts you should expect.

Stated qualification requirements, including a minimum 680 FICO, an established LLC or corporation, an EIN, and three months of business bank statements, are the general criteria for those product categories. Meeting them does not guarantee approval.

Commercial financing is subject to state-level broker and disclosure laws in a growing number of states, including California, New York, Utah, Virginia, Georgia, Florida and Missouri. Where such a law applies to a transaction, the disclosures it requires are provided by the funder in connection with that transaction.

Before you sign any business funding agreement, ask for the APR. Many products are priced with a factor rate, which is not comparable to an interest rate because it ignores the repayment term. If a funder will not give you an APR, treat that as information.

## Calculators and estimates

Every tool on this site, including The 800 Gap, Funding Fit and Mentorship Fit, produces an illustrative estimate based solely on the answers you provide. None of them performs a credit pull, accesses your credit report, submits an application, or reflects any lender's decision.

The 800 Gap assigns a representative APR to each credit score band, drawn from typical published lending patterns for that band. Those assumptions are stated in full on the tool's own page. They are general market patterns, not your actual offer. Real pricing depends on income, debt-to-income ratio, down payment, loan term, the property or vehicle, your state, and the individual lender's pricing on the day.

Funding Fit treats an unconfirmed credit score as below the qualifying threshold. This is deliberate and conservative: it is better to understate your position than to send someone to collect an avoidable hard inquiry.

## Mentorship, speaking and broker partnership

Mentorship is educational. It is not financial advice, not investment advice, and not a promise of any financial result. Enrollment is by application, and applying is not enrollment.

The broker partnership is a business opportunity, not employment. Nothing on this site represents that any particular level of income, client volume or result will be achieved. Outcomes depend on the individual's own effort, skill, market and compliance with applicable law.

## Testimonials and outcomes

Any testimonial, case study or result presented on this site reflects the real experience of that individual. It is not a guarantee, warranty or prediction of what you will experience, and your results will differ.
