What is collected
Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number and whatever you write into a form on this site when you submit an application, a booking enquiry or a message.
Information collected automatically. Standard server and analytics data such as pages visited, approximate region, referring site, browser and device type.
What the calculators do not collect. The 800 Gap, Funding Fit and Mentorship Fit run entirely in your browser. The figures and answers you enter are not transmitted to us, not stored, and not attached to you in any way. No email is required to use them.
What is not collected
This site does not pull your credit report, does not ask for your Social Security number, and does not ask for bank account or card numbers. No page on this site takes a payment. If any page ever appears to ask you for those things, do not enter them, and tell us.
How it is used

- To contact you about the service you asked about
- To improve the site and understand what people find useful
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations
Who it is shared with
Your information is not sold, rented or traded. It is shared only with service providers that operate this site and its communications on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to do that work. It may also be disclosed where required by law.
If your enquiry leads to a funding application, information you choose to provide for that purpose may be shared with a lender or funder with your knowledge, in order to assess it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is needed to function and to understand general traffic patterns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work.
Your choices
- Access. Ask what we hold about you and it will be provided.
- Correction. Ask for anything inaccurate to be corrected.
- Deletion. Ask for your information to be deleted, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
- Unsubscribe. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text message.
